POLICIES

Here is the basic information about our rental process. 1.  As the rental contract is a legal document, you must be at least 18 years old to rent.   2.  The rental period is one day, but you can pick up the day before your event, and bring back the day after.  If you rent on Friday or Saturday, your return day is the following Monday.  This does not apply to October since we are open seven days a week. 3.  The rental must be paid in order for the costume to be pulled from the floor.  We do not guarantee availabilty on unpaid rentals. 4.  A security deposit is required before a costume leaves the store.  An authorization equal to the rental price is run on a credit card.  This is a hold on credit, not an actual charge.  If we do not claim the deposit, it automatically expires from your account in 5-7 business days.  The credit card must match the information on the contract.   These are basic rules for renting, if you have any questions feel free to call.
